Morgan Tsvangirai of the MDC (Movement for Democratic Change) has spoken of surprise of the "the upsurge on the ground". Opposition Rallies have been allowed in rural areas known as strongholds for Mugabe, but the support has been huge. The BBC has shown reports of how views have been changing:
Rebellious mood in rural Zimbabwe
How a loyal Zanu-PF supporter is praying for change (I remember reading the previous article three years ago)
The question now is, will it be enough? On my previous posts on Zimbabwe I've shown the fraud attempts that are happening. The latest is how opposition supporters are feeling intimidated with some MDC supporters having been forced to eat the posters they put up.
