McCain wants change in foreign relations

Coming back from his tour of the Middle East and Europe to show his Presidential capabilities. John McCain has spoken of stronger foreign ties. Could he provide a break from Bush's isolationism? Well I don't think he wants anything radical, like Obama talk of speaking to enemies. Some actually question McCain capabilities in Foreign Affairs. That his senior moments go as far to stop him knowing the difference between a Shia and a Sunni, causing him to make a connection with Iran (Shia) and Al-Qaida (Sunni). The difference is very important when it comes down to trying to make peace in the Middle East.
